As we slowly prep for some new additions to our home, we also have been thinking of our car situation. My husband drives a Nissan Altima, which for a family of 5 (or 6?) with three children in boosters/car seat would be pretty rough. Luckily I drive a Chevy Traverse, and the middle row in my car is two captain’s chairs instead of a bench. So it is very simple to pop up the third row, latch a booster in the back, and then have two car seats in the middle row. Here is a great explanation of the current safety regulations and suggestions for your child’s size and answers the age-old booster or car seat question! Little One will be in a car seat for a while because she’s only 27 lbs!
